Specialties: depression, bipolar, dysthymia, panic disorder, PTSD, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, phase of life difficulties, and concurrent mild substance abuse issues by utilizing a 12-step approach. I treat children and adults struggling with ADHD, weight issues and/or eating disorders, addiction, issues related to adoption, impulsiveness, anger, and grieving. For parents facing difficulties with their children, I consult and counsel parents so that they can become the primary agents for positive change in their children. My practice is friendly to the LBGTQ community. As such, I provide same-sex couples counseling, gender identity and transsexual identity counseling.
